Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of certified experience in continuous process industrial plants. Candidates must be available for rotating shifts and possess knowledge of electronic/automated machine controls.

Descripción interna del puesto Arca Continental se encuentra en la búsqueda del mejor talento para ocupar la posición de maquinista: REQUISITOSMínimo secundaria completa Contar con 1 año de experiencia certificada en plantas industriales de procesos continuos. Disponibilidad par trabajar en turnos rotativos Contar con experiencia en plantas de procesos continuos operando máquinas. Conocimientos en la operación de máquinas con Controles electrónicos y automatizados, recomendable conocimientos básicos de computación Windows y MS Office.
FUNCIONESOperar la maquinaria del área de producción a su cargo para cumplir con los programas de producción establecidos. Determinar la corrección de problemas básicos de funcionamiento de equipos a su cargo. Ejecutar las pruebas de calidad establecidas para cada equipo verificando su confiabilidad y alineamiento a las pautas corporativas. Ejecutar las actividades de mantenimiento autónomo de las máquinas que integran su área de trabajo para garantizar el cumplimiento del programa de mantenimiento e incrementar la confiabilidad de los equipos. Participar de los programas de mejora continua asociados a la gestión del área , es importante su ejecución para uniformizar criterios de análisis, presentación de resultados y seguimiento de las acciones. Cumplir con los alineamientos referidos a Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, respetar los controles definidos y ser vigilantes sobre su ejecución tanto por parte de nuestros compañeros así como terceros.
