Provide operation and maintenance support for field instrumentation, including troubleshooting and reliability improvement. Assist in safety assessments, compliance management, and the preparation of technical engineering documentation.
Candidates should hold a Certificate or Diploma and be dynamic, energetic, and eager to learn. Ability to assist with research, data capture, and administrative tasks is required.
1. Operation and maintenance support
• Assist PRPC UF instrument engineers and technicians for troubleshooting, maintenance, and reliability improvement of field instrumentation.
• Involve in root cause analysis (RCA) session and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
2. Safety, Compliance & Risk Management
• Participate in HAZOP, SIL assessment, and risk assessments.
• Support instrument engineers and technicians in ensuring instrumentation design meets functional safety requirements (SIS, SIL verification).
• Maintain compliance with plant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Assisting instrument technicians in instrument shutdown /turnaround (TA) team activities.
3. Documentation & Reporting
• Support PRPC UF Instrument engineers and technicians in maintaining accurate engineering records.
• Assist instrument engineers / technicians in preparing technical reports, procedures, and Job Method Statements (JMS).
