Job Description:
'1. Operation and maintenance support
• Assist PRPC UF instrument engineers for troubleshooting, maintenance, and reliability improvement of field instrumentation.
• Involve in root cause analysis (RCA) session and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support PRC UF Instrument engineers in monitoring instrument performance and integrity using diagnostic tools (e.g., PRM, AMS, ValveLink).
• Support preventive maintenance (PM/PPM) and predictive maintenance strategies.
2. Safety, Compliance & Risk Management
• Participate in HAZOP, SIL assessment, and risk assessments.
• Support instrument engineers in ensuring instrumentation design meets functional safety requirements (SIS, SIL verification).
• Maintain compliance with plant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Involve in instrument shutdown/turnaround (TA) team activities.
3. Documentation & Reporting
• Support PRPC UF Instrument engineers in maintaining accurate engineering records.
• Assist in preparing technical reports, procedures, and Job Method Statements (JMS).
