Responsabilidades del Puesto
Realizar inspecciones periódicas y diagnósticos de fallas en equipos mecánicos, hidráulicos y neumáticos.
Ejecutar mantenimientos preventivos, programados y no programados, de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos y las especificaciones del fabricante.
Reparar y reemplazar componentes mecánicos defectuosos, incluyendo motores, bombas, reductores, rodamientos, sellos, válvulas y sistemas de transmisión.
Interpretar planos mecánicos, diagramas hidráulicos y neumáticos para la identificación y resolución de problemas.
Colaborar con otros departamentos para la planificación y ejecución de proyectos de mejora continua y nuevas instalaciones.
Documentar las actividades de mantenimiento, registrando fallas, reparaciones, tiempos de inactividad y consumo de repuestos.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y salud ocupacional en todas las tareas de mantenimiento.
Participar activamente en la mejora de los procedimientos de mantenimiento y la optimización de la confiabilidad de los equipos.
Cualificaciones del Puesto
Título técnico o tecnólogo en Mecánica, Electromecánica, Mantenimiento Industrial o campo relacionado.
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en mantenimiento mecánico en entornos industriales, preferiblemente en el sector de procesamiento o manufactura.
Conocimientos sólidos en mecánica industrial, hidráulica, neumática y lubricación.
Habilidad para interpretar planos y diagramas técnicos.
Manejo de herramientas y equipos de taller, incluyendo herramientas de medición, soldadura y corte.
Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo, con alto grado de iniciativa y proactividad.
Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos y fines de semana según las necesidades operativas.
Conocimientos básicos de seguridad industrial y manipulación de productos químicos.
