The employee is responsible for preparing and packaging products according to company standards while ensuring quality control and equipment safety. They must also maintain a clean workspace, manage inventory counts, and collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
Candidates must have completed secondary education and possess the ability to perform manual tasks in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in packaging, production, or warehouse roles is considered an advantage.

Responsabilidades
Preparar y empacar productos según las especificaciones del pedido y los estándares de la empresa.
Verificar la calidad de los productos antes de ser empacados, reportando cualquier anomalía.
Operar y mantener el equipo de empaque de manera segura y eficiente.
Etiquetar correctamente los productos y pallets para su identificación y trazabilidad.
Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada, cumpliendo con las normas de seguridad e higiene.
Colaborar con otros departamentos para asegurar un flujo de trabajo óptimo.
Realizar recuentos de inventario y reportar discrepancias.
Cumplir con todas las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad industrial y de la empresa.
Cualificaciones
Educación secundaria completa o equivalente.
Experiencia previa en roles de empaque, producción o bodega es una ventaja.
Habilidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido y bajo presión.
Capacidad para levantar y mover cargas pesadas de forma segura.
Destreza manual y atención al detalle.
Comprensión de las normas básicas de seguridad en el lugar de trabajo.
Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos.
Habilidades básicas de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
