The Group Procurement Assistant manages Material Master Data in SAP and supports procurement activities, including invoice verification and tender preparation. The role also involves acting as a central point of contact for suppliers and internal customers while contributing to sustainability reporting.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and possess strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Experience with ERP systems like SAP and a background in procurement or master data management are considered significant advantages.
As Group Procurement Assistant, you are the central point of contact for suppliers and internal customers. You assist the buyers and purchasing manager with procurement activities and manage the administrative processes in SAP, ensuring all data related to purchased packaging and raw materials is up to date for accurate reporting and analysis. You report to the Group Procurement Manager Packaging, and are based in Lembeke, Belgium.
