The Opportunity

As a SAP Senior Manager, you will lead complex SAP-enabled business transformation programmes across industries and geographies, helping clients unlock business value through technology innovation and operational excellence.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders, guiding organizations through large-scale transformation initiatives while driving strategic growth opportunities for the SAP Consulting practice.

Working with cross-functional and cross-border teams, you will be responsible for programme delivery, executive stakeholder engagement, solution strategy, talent development, and business growth. You will also benefit from extensive learning and development opportunities through EY's global SAP learning academy, SAP certifications, EY Badges, and leadership development programmes.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee large-scale SAP transformation programmes across one or more SAP solutions, including SAP MM, FICO, SD, SuccessFactors, PP/QM, Basis, EWM/WM, Ariba, and PaPM
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders by understanding business objectives and shaping SAP-enabled transformation strategies
• Drive programme governance, delivery excellence, quality assurance, risk management, financial management, and resource planning across multiple engagements
• Lead solution design workshops, business process transformation initiatives, and executive-level steering committee discussions
• Guide clients through business process redesign, organizational change, technology adoption, and operational transformation
• Provide oversight of solution architecture, functional design, system integration, testing strategy, deployment planning, and cutover activities
• Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications throughout programme lifecycles
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand engagements and deliver additional value
• Lead proposal development, solution shaping, client presentations, RFP responses, and business development initiatives
• Coach, mentor, and develop Managers, Consultants, and project teams while fostering a high-performing and inclusive culture
• Contribute to the growth of the SAP practice through capability development, innovation, thought leadership, and talent management initiatives

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Proven experience leading complex SAP transformation programmes and enterprise-wide implementations
• Strong expertise in one or more SAP solutions, with deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and industry best practices
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders and C-suite decision makers
• Strong programme management, delivery governance, commercial, and financial management capabilities
• Experience leading large, diverse, and geographically distributed project teams
• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify client challenges and develop value-driven solutions
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to operate effectively within fast-paced and evolving consulting environments

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 12+ years of SAP consulting, implementation, and transformation experience
• Proven experience leading multiple full-cycle SAP implementation and transformation programmes
• Extensive experience managing executive stakeholders, programme governance, budgets, and delivery teams
• Strong track record of successfully delivering SAP-enabled business transformation initiatives
• Experience managing multi-workstream or multi-country engagements
• Previous experience within a consulting or professional services environment
• Willingness to travel for client engagements as required

Ideally, You'll Also Have

• SAP certification in relevant functional or technical areas
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes
• Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP PaPM, SAP BTP, SAP Datasphere, AI-enabled SAP solutions, and other emerging technologies
• Experience leading Finance Transformation, Supply Chain Transformation, Procurement Transformation, or HR Transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated business development experience, including proposal development, account management, and sales support
• Experience building and developing high-performing consulting teams
