Job Description

• We are seeking dynamic and motivated interns to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment. As an intern at Genpact, you will work on real projects that impact our business and help shape the future of our industry. • Key Responsibilities: • Learn to process commercial and customer data for Hong Kong insurance client • Learn about Lean and Six Sigma, take part in process improvement projects • Check data accuracy, rectify errors in a timely manner • Cooperate with internal team and Hong Kong client-side teams to respond to daily data inquiries, solve customer problems • Strictly abide by data confidentiality and information security regulations and internal controls, properly protect client sensitive data and personal data privacy • Complete daily, weekly data statistical reports and other routine work assigned by the supervisor. • Qualifications: • Hold a College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, no major restriction. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • What We Offer: • Hands-on experience with real-world projects • Networking opportunities with professionals across various functions • A collaborative and inclusive work environment • Potential for future full-time employment based on performance
