We are looking for an E-commerce Business Technician to join our Operations & Processes team, in Carnaxide, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

• Order Control and Management;
• Operational Control of Preparation and Distribution;
• Reverse Logistics and Returns;
• Customer Management (analyze and respond to customer inquiries and issues related to this sales channel);
• Identification and Implementation of Improvement Opportunities;
• Partner Management (ensuring proper operational support and management of partnerships related to the sales channel).
