Lead NEC contract and commercial management for major infrastructure projects, including setting strategies and monitoring contractor performance. Manage claims, disputes, and technical assurance while leading a small team and coordinating with multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
Requires extensive experience in NEC contract management on large design and build infrastructure schemes with strong commercial and leadership skills. A degree in a relevant field and NEC3/4 ECC PM accreditation or professional membership (e.g., ChPP, APM) is preferred.

Your new role
As NEC Project Manager, you will be responsible for contract and commercial management across major infrastructure programmes. You will set contract strategies, monitor contractor and consultant performance, manage claims and disputes, manage technical assurance and ensure consistent application of delivery standards. You will work as part of large, multi-disciplinary teams and provide clear direction to a range of stakeholders at all levels.
About you
We’re looking for an assured leader with extensive contract and commercial experience, strong NEC knowledge and practical experience in managing contractor performance, claims and complex contract interfaces on major D&B infrastructure schemes. Typical background and skills include:
