We are seeking our first Head of Sales in Israel to architect and lead our commercial operations from the ground up. Reporting to the VP Revenue & Strategy, you will hold end-to-end accountability for the customer lifecycle, driving pipeline growth, overseeing account management, and shaping our go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and scale our end-to-end sales motion (inbound/outbound) and account management team.
• Design scalable sales processes and integrate AI-driven tools to enhance operational efficiency and focus on high-impact revenue activities.
• Recruit, coach, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous professional growth.
• Establish Directeam as a thought leader across the Israeli startup and AWS ecosystems, cultivating high-level relationships with technical decision-makers (CTOs, VPs of R&D).
• Own the full customer journey, manage critical escalations, and lead negotiations on strategic contracts (e.g., Private Pricing, EDP) in collaboration with AWS.
• Partner with the  teams to refine our GTM strategy and integrate customer insights into our roadmap.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years in startup sales leadership, with a proven track record of scaling teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong background in cloud solutions (AWS ecosystem preferred), FinOps, or B2B SaaS. The ability to consult with technical leaders is essential.
• Proven ability to integrate AI into daily workflows and build process automations to drive team efficiency and operational scale.
• Expert in CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) and AI-driven sales automation. 
• Strategic Mindset, skilled in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations and commercial contracts.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills in both Hebrew and English, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. MBA is a plus.
