Hybrid: This is a hybrid position. You’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office, so you should live within commuting distance. Hybrid teams may work in-office as much as a few times a week or as little as once a month or quarter, as decided by leadership. Our team works collaboratively to deliver efficient, effective, and enjoyable experiences that help customers meet their goals. We create solutions for small business customers and pros to build & grow secure, performant, beautiful websites. As a Lead UX designer on our team, you’ll be the point of contact for development and product teams while supervising projects through the creative process and ensuring that deadlines and experience standards are met.

• Experience designing AI-powered or AI-assisted product features (e.g., recommendations, copilots, generative assistance) — beyond individual project scope.
• Experience mentoring other designers or beginning to guide the work of others, even informally.
• Experience influencing product or design strategy beyond your immediate team.
• BA or MA degree in Design, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field — or equivalent practical experience. Experience with micro-interactions and animations is a plus.
