Scheduling Coordinator — Five Star Home Health Care

The Scheduling Coordinator plays a key support role in our home health operations, managing patient referrals, coordinating schedules, and triaging incoming calls across our branches. This is a remote, home-office position requiring dedicated availability during assigned shifts — including evenings, rotating weekends, and select holidays.

Monday–Friday

5:00–8:00 PM: At home-office desk processing referrals, scheduling, and completing Ops team tasks
8:00–9:00 PM: Available by company desk phone to triage patient and referral calls; must remain home while on duty

Every Other Saturday & Sunday + 4 of 8 Company Holidays

9:00 AM–5:00 PM: At home-office desk processing referrals, scheduling, and completing Ops team tasks
Remainder of day: Available by company desk phone to triage patient and referral calls; must remain home while on duty
