What you’ll be doing…
Recently joining Verizon, Frontier is undergoing exciting growth and transformation, and we are seeking a creative, strategic Marketing Director for our Home Internet Marketing Activation team.
The Marketing Director role is an exciting opportunity to sit at the center of CMO decision making, applying research and insights to program briefs and directional proposals, overseeing campaign strategy application and deployment, and closely collaborating with Creative, Media, Comms, Research & Data Analytics, and the Business Unit among other groups. This position will be responsible for driving initiatives across Consumer Home Marketing, delivering fully integrated activation plans that drive results.
Responsibilities include:
• Driving campaign integration across all the central marketing and business functional groups to deliver on key performance and growth objectives.
• Shaping quarterly strategies and narratives to deliver on key business/marketing objectives.
• Serving as the strategic lead on individual initiatives to drive customer acquisition.
• Partnering with business unit leaders on priority objectives
• Analyzing business and consumer data across key audiences and cultural / sales heat moments
• Partnering on research to uncover consumer perceptions, test strategies and optimize messaging
• Crafting insight-led, data-driven briefs, GTM and channel plans
• Providing strategic guidance and feedback to cross-functional teams
• Partnering with Creative leads and agencies to develop campaign work.
• Driving campaign performance review and optimization efforts to ensure all work is maximized.
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Seven or more years of strategic planning, marketing communications, or integrated marketing experience.
• Experience managing and influencing relationships at the senior level; ability to present and interact with all levels of management.
• Experience with stakeholder management within highly matrixed, complex organizations.
• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, presentation and delivery skills.
