What You Will Do
The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for inspecting and testing products at various stages of production to ensure they meet established quality standards, identifying and reporting any defects, and recommending improvements to processes to maintain compliance with regulations and enhance overall product quality; This role may be required to perform detailed inspections, collecting data, documenting findings, and collaborating with production teams to address quality issues.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Visually examining products for defects, using measuring tools to verify dimensions, and performing functional tests as needed.
- Recording inspection results, identifying trends, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintaining detailed records of inspections, documenting non-conforming products, and generating reports on quality issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring adherence to established quality standards, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Identifying potential quality issues in production processes and proposing corrective actions to prevent future defects.
- Maintaining and calibrating testing equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Providing training to production staff on quality procedures and communicating quality concerns to relevant departments.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or related role.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in quality assurance software and tools.
- Experience with ISO standards and regulatory requirements
