About this role
As a Facility Cleaner at Fresh Baguette, you can expect perform a range of duties while maintaining all mandatory safety and sanitation standards throughout the building and grounds.
- Dishwashing
- Laundering uniforms
- Providing cleaning services within buildings and grounds such as emptying trash cans, removing debris, cleaning rest rooms, vacuuming, sweeping, sanitizing, and mopping
- Setting up the stations throughout the Production Department for the day's baking
- Performing basic equipment repairs
- Wiping down/dusting dock doors and various equipment
- Performing routine check-ins to check that spaces like restrooms are always sanitary

Shift Range
For this position, you must have open availability to work any day of the week:
- Full-Time: 32-40 hours per week
- 7-8 hour shifts
- 4PM-12AM
- Monday-Friday
- Weekends

Qualifications
- Current authorization to work in the U.S. without needing current or future sponsorship
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation to work
- Willingness to work in a hot/cold and humid environment
- Proficient in ability to switch between tasks and responsibilities as needed
- Ability to work in a standing position for 8+ hours shift
- Physical Requirements: This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 75+ lbs, and performing routine bending, reaching, and movement in a retail environment.
- Ability to follow given procedure
- Ability to adhere to company safety and food safety guidelines
- Prior experience as a janitor, custodian, facility cleaner or porter (Preferred)
- Prior experience working in food production or similar environment that prioritized high quality assurance standards in sanitization and food safety (Preferred)
