Fresh Coat Painters is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Professional Painter to join our team. You will deliver high-quality interior and exterior painting for residential and commercial clients, upholding the craftsmanship standards of the Painting Contractors of America (PCA).

Key Responsibilities
- Planning & Setup: Punctual arrival, reviewing daily production milestones, and setting up clean staging areas.
- Prep & Protection: Masking, taping, and tarping; comprehensive prep including washing, scraping, sanding, drywall patching, and caulking.
- Coating Application: Applying paints, stains, sealers, and finishes evenly to eliminate runs, lap lines, and holidays.
- Cleanliness & Customer Care: Maintaining tidy job sites, courteous client communication, and thorough daily/final cleanups.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1+ years of residential/commercial painting or trade experience preferred (familiarity with PCA standards is a plus).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to travel to local job sites.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.
- Commitment to arriving in clean painter whites and maintaining a professional appearance.
