In your role, you will be at the forefront of establishing a new business unit within the healthcare sector. From driving cross-functional projects to turning strategic goals into reality, you will play a key role in navigating the challenges of tomorrow’s mobility and health landscapes.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
- Independently lead and manage strategic projects from conception through implementation to actively advance Freenow Health’s vision in the German market and across Europe.
- Develop and structure new processes for long-term retention of strategic partners in the healthcare sector.
- Work closely with other departments to prepare market analyses and project progress reports for management presentations.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- Successfully completed university degree (Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or similar) as well as initial practical experience (e.g., through relevant internships or 1–2 years of professional experience) in business development, project management, or strategy.
- You think in processes and, as a structured project manager, you succeed in transforming vague business goals into clear, standardized operational procedures (SOPs).
- Strong interest in the mobility industry as well as the motivation to dive deep into the German healthcare sector (hospitals, health insurance companies).
- You speak fluent German and English (both written and spoken).
- You possess solid analytical skills (G-Suite, Tableau).
