Fraserway RV in Kamloops is hiring motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our sales team. You don’t need RV or car sales experience. If you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, real estate, telecom, fitness memberships, or any customer-facing sales role, we want to talk to you.
We’ll teach you the product. You bring the energy, work ethic, and drive to succeed.
What You Can Earn
- Commission-based income (no base salary)
- Top performers earn $100,000 - $300,000 annually
- High-ticket products = strong commission potential
- No cap on what you can make

What You’ll Do
- Meet with customers and understand their travel goals
- Show and demonstrate RVs through engaging walkarounds
- Match buyers with the right RV for their lifestyle and budget
- Follow up on leads and build long-term relationships
- Work with finance and service teams to complete smooth deliveries
You’re guiding people through one of the most exciting purchases they’ll ever make.
What We’re Looking For
- Some form of sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working weekends during peak season
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
