  • Support the assessment and documentation of customer understanding and proficiency following training sessions.
  • Contribute to refining and enhancing training materials based on customer feedback and operational insights.

Documentation and Communication

  • Maintain detailed records of service activities, including issue diagnostics, resolution processes, asset usage, and customer interactions.
  • Assist in generating Field Reports and Work Orders that provide actionable feedback to quality and engineering teams.
  • Help communicate service bulletins, informational notices, and product updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build professional relationships with customers through consistent, proactive communication.
  • Provide technical guidance that helps customers manage and maintain their equipment more effectively.
  • Contribute ideas and support for improving the overall customer experience.

Travel and Field Operations

  • Travel to customer sites, domestically and internationally, to support on-site service delivery alongside Forterra field service personnel.
  • Maintain readiness and compliance with all safety standards during travel and field service activities.

Qualifications

  • Must be eligible for a SkillBridge program opportunity (skillbridge.osd.mil).

  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong documentation habits and attention to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to building professional relationships with customers and teammates.
