Senior Division Order Analyst

Summary:
The Senior Division Order Analyst performs and oversees communicating with Working Interest Partners and Royalty Owners, the review of documents, and our goal is to respond to all inquiries in a timely, efficient manner. This person is expected to give support to owners and is someone who can answer inquiries quickly and accurately.

- The successful candidate will work in the Land Department performing various administrative and land tasks related to day-to-day as well as acquisition based.
- The individual will work closely with other Land Department staff, Accounting Department as well as Technical staff to ensure that the Company's responsibilities to working interest and royalty owners are met.
- The Division Order Analyst is responsible for maintaining the Company's ownership records in an organized manner, maintaining owner's ownership information (working interest, royalty interest, override interest) in our systems and working with the Accounting Department to create new ownership decks and process ownership changes.
- The individual will need excellent communication skills to interact with Royalty and Working Interest Owners.
- Maintain positive relationship with owners and Working Interest Partners.
- Assist with inputting relevant ownership information into OGSys.
- Support Land staff with day-to-day duties as well as responsibilities created during acquisitions.

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Division Order Analyst.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and related applications.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data accurately.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices related to division orders.
Physical Requirements: (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
- Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
