This role coordinates HR Policies and compliance across the globe, the People Team's project management ensuring each piece connects to the other, compliance audit readiness and coordination across all sites, and owns the policies library.

Key Responsibilities:

Global HR Operations

  • Serve as the go-to resource for site-specific HR operations questions, balancing global consistency with local nuance

People Team Project Management
  • Own the People Team's project portfolio: prioritization, timelines, stakeholder updates, and post-project retros
  • Lead cross-functional HR initiatives — HRIS upgrades, policy rollouts, engagement survey execution — from kickoff to completion
  • Build and maintain project tracking and reporting so People Team leadership always has clear visibility into status and risk

Compliance Audits & Coordination

  • Own the audit calendar, evidence collection, and documentation for all HR-related compliance reviews

  • Standardize workflow across regions while balancing global consistency with local requirements
  • Drive process simplification, automation, and AI-enabled improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
  • Measure operational performance through KPIs and recommend improvements based on data

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in HR operations, HR program/project management, or a similar cross-functional operations role

  • Experience leading (not just participating in) compliance audits — SOX, labor law, or data privacy
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable running multiple concurrent workstreams without a team to delegate to
  • Organized and self-directed: able to manage multiple concurrent transactions and queries without supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Experience in SaaS, Aerospace, or global, multi-entity organizations
  • Knowledge & Compliance: Familiarity with data privacy frameworks (e.g., GDPR, DPDP) and labor relations (e.g., works councils/Betriebsrat)
  • Functional Expertise: Exposure to compensation, benefits administration, and payroll handoffs
