About this role

Join the Food Lifeline Team as a Donor Engagement Officer!

At Food Lifeline, we partner with hundreds of food banks, meal programs, schools, and community organizations to provide nutritious food and address the root causes of hunger. We are looking for a relationship-focused, people-oriented fundraising professional to join our Giving Team as a Donor Engagement Officer.

In this role, you will build meaningful relationships with a portfolio of approximately 150–200 individual donors and prospects, primarily those giving between $1,000 and $9,999 annually. Through personal outreach, thoughtful stewardship, meaningful conversations, and compelling opportunities to give, you will help donors deepen their connection to Food Lifeline's mission and grow their impact over time.

Working collaboratively with the Director of Development and colleagues across fundraising, marketing and communications, programs, and other areas of the organization, you will help strengthen donor engagement and identify supporters with the interest and capacity to deepen their investment in Food Lifeline. This role will play an important part in building a strong pipeline for future major giving while contributing to the organization's overall philanthropic revenue goals.
