About the Role

As a Business Operations Intern, you will support sales order management and operational processes from order entry to delivery. You will gain hands-on experience in managing transactions, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a fast-paced business environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Order and Transaction Management

    •    

      •  Process sales orders and liquidation entries using an ERP system

      •    

      •  Prepare documents required for delivery of sold items from key accounts

      •    

      •  Assist in invoicing and ensure accuracy of transaction records

    • Inventory and Data Management

      •    

      •  Provide inventory adjustments and update product status in the system

      •    

      •  Maintain accurate and organized data records

      •    

      •  Support database-related queries and concerns from internal stakeholders

    • Coordination and Delivery Support

      •    

      •  Coordinate delivery schedules with relevant teams

      •    

      •  Communicate updates and ensure timely fulfillment of orders

      •    

      •  Support tracking of orders from processing to delivery

    • Administrative and Operational Support

      •    

      •  Assist in managing correspondence, scheduling, and documentation

      •    

      •  Organize files and support general administrative tasks

      •    

      •  Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure efficiency


    Qualifications

    Must-Have

    •  

    •  Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Office Administration, or any related field

    •  

    •  Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

    •  

    •  Strong organizational and time management skills

    •  

    •  Good communication and coordination skills

    •  

    •  Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks


    Nice-to-Have (Optional but recommended!)

    •  

    •  Familiarity with ERP systems or data management tools (e.g. Google Sheets, MS Excel)

    •  

    •  Experience in administrative or coordination roles (school or internship)

    Internship timeline: June 1, 2026 to October 2, 2026 (4 months)

    Location: BGC, Taguig

    Setup: Onsite
