About this role

Who We Are

BOND is a rapidly growing private aviation company revolutionizing fractional aircraft ownership and private aircraft management, delivering an elevated and seamless flying experience for discerning clients. Supported by a landmark Bombardier fleet order, we are building a modern fleet of late-model super-midsize and ultra-long-range aircraft and assembling a team committed to operational excellence, safety, and white-glove service.

As we scale toward launch and long-term growth, we are seeking professionals who want to help build a next-generation aviation company and play a meaningful role in shaping how it operates from the ground up.

Role Overview

Aero Ventures, a division of BOND, is private aviation's first family office advisory, guiding ultra-high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and family offices through the full lifecycle of aircraft ownership: acquisition, disposition, valuation, and financing. Our team has transacted more than $4 billion in aircraft across 250-plus transactions.

As Market Analyst, you'll own real markets, not a report about a market, but the working knowledge of who owns every aircraft in your assigned OEM portfolio, which of them will sell, at what number, and who to call to find out. Every valuation, market report, and Owner Portal listing our clients see traces back to work done in this seat.

This role is built for someone who genuinely wants to work the phone: talking to listing brokers, researchers, and operators to uncover pricing intelligence and off-market aircraft that public listings will never show you. If you have aircraft literacy, real data discipline, and precise writing, this is a seat where that work is the product, not a support function.

What You’ll Do

  • Own an assigned OEM coverage portfolio, with full accountability for its accuracy.
  • Work the phone daily with listing brokers, researchers, and operators to verify pricing and surface off-market aircraft.
  • Deliver verified intelligence: the ownership, maintenance, and damage history that moves value.
  • Maintain the Salesforce records behind Aero Ventures' valuations, market reports, and Owner Portal.
  • Produce bespoke valuations and spec sheets, and own the weekly Digest for your markets.
  • Build a broker and researcher network that keeps you ahead of the market.

Required Qualifications

  • Two to six years in business aviation: market research, sales support, valuation or appraisal, brokerage, or aircraft management with market-facing exposure.
  • Genuine willingness to work the phone at volume; this is the core of the job.
  • Aircraft literacy: comfortable reading a specification, a status report, and a due list, and discussing engine programs and damage history.
  • Working fluency with Salesforce or a comparable system of record, plus strong Excel skills.
  • Clear, precise writing, since your work is read directly by leadership and clients.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a sitting market analyst at a peer firm.
  • Familiarity with JETNET, AMSTAT, Controller, Vref, or Aircraft Bluebook.
