- Cash flow Management.
- Contractual, Commercial and Statutory Requirement management
- Project Reporting
- Risk & Contract & Claim management.
- Stakeholder management.
- Data Confidentiality.
Job Description
Applicant should have direct & required experience in the following area - Primary:
- In depth knowledge of Technical and Commercial
- Project execution.
- Resource forecasting for the site
- Close Monitoring of Financial budget & Project Schedules
- Excellent communication skill with all internal & external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with all functional departments, Site contractors for smooth execution of the project.
- Monitor the Project schedule and forecast delays if any (both financial / Physical progress).
- Review /Monitor Project Schedules (L2 and L3 in case of site) and Cost & time variance against the approved/base plan/budget.
- Site & contractor Management for the site execution.
- Completing & Closure of the Project
Applicant should have direct & required experience in the following area - Secondary:
- Ensure delivery of international Quality product.
- Ensure proper information sharing within the group and keep the confidential data.
- Development of new strategy & methods and systems for cost optimization.
- Forecast & ensure execution within Man Hour Budget
