Job DetailsJob Location: Houston, TX 77041anilox cleaner is a specialized worker responsible for maintaining and cleaning anilox rollers, which are used in printing presses to evenly distribute ink onto printing plates; their job involves using cleaning solutions and specialized equipment to remove ink residue from the microscopic cells on the anilox roller, ensuring consistent print quality by preventing ink build-up and maintaining the functionality of the roller.

DESCRIPTION

Dirty Anilox, anilox which is used by the press whenever it is getting dirty operator is pull out from the press and placed on the press rack or press cart.
Anilox Cleaner, very shift beaning, has to go press by press collect and bring anilox cleaning Station.
Cleaning procedures, regularly cleaning Anilox rollers using appropriate cleaning chemicals, brushes and cleaning machines, more often using Flexo Wash Cleaning Systems, to thoroughly remove ink from the cell.
Inspection and QC, before cleaning and after cleaning, the cleaner Examine the Anilox rollers for damage, wear, or any unusual sign of ink build up on the journal, reporting issues to press team lead.
Anilox roller, Cylinder Maintenance, Clean both Anilox and Plate Cylinder detail clinging and grassed as needed
Maintaining cleaning equipment Ensuring the proper functioning of cleaning machines, including refilling cleaning solutions and monitoring their effectiveness.

Well detailed on all process.

EXPERIENCE

Ability to read and comprehend simple instruction.
Familiar using Computer

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 60 pounds.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is performed on manufacturing floor.
Employee work with alcohol and Solvent smells.

Following safety protocols

Use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Adhering to safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals, filling tank and operating cleaning machine.
