This position researches and resolves member and employee requests, processes assigned payment support activities, maintains accurate records, and ensures compliance with credit union policies and regulatory requirements while safeguarding member information. The role supports ACH operations but does not perform ACH file processing, transmission, balancing, or reconciliation.
QualificationsEDUCATION/CERTIFICATION
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
One (1) year of related experience in financial institution or general accounting.
