This position facilitates client relationship development goals through calling efforts. Makes outbound calls to new and existing mass affluent clients in order to generate sales opportunities. Addresses inquiries and requests from inbound client calls. Develops an understanding of each client or prospect’s financial situation in order to recommend the appropriate investment solution. Partners with internal lines of business to increase new business while serving clients’ financial goals and needs. This is a hybrid position.


Responsibilities & Qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales - Promotes investment and securities products through sales outreach and calling efforts to mass affluent clients or prospects. Consults with clients and prospects to determine their financial needs. Provides a solution from the Bank’s offered products, or refers them to banking partners as appropriate.
Client Service - Facilitates client retention and satisfaction by ensuring timely processing of client requests, workflow, and communication. Provides periodic reviews for clients and answers inquiries regarding their investments.
Risk Management - Ensures compliance throughout activities with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
Relationship Development - Establishes a rapport with clients to identify financial needs and leverage sales opportunities. Serves as a relationship management point of contact for clients calling in. Build rapport with internal centers of influence to source new client opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 1 years of experience in Registered Securities Representative OR High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in Registered Securities Representative

 

License or Certification Type: Possess valid Series 7, 63, 65 or 66, and state-specific life and health insurance licenses RequiredSkill(s): Knowledge of investment and financial markets
