AI Native Account Executive
About this role
We are looking for an AI Native Account Executive with 3-8 years of experience selling technical products to drive adoption of Fireworks AI within the most ambitious GenAI startups. You'll engage deeply with technical founders, ML leads, and product teams — helping them understand how Fireworks fits into their stack and guiding them from evaluation to scale-up. This is a high-velocity role where deals close in days to weeks, not months, and you'll need to speak credibly to developers and engineers without leaning on a sales engineer. The AI Native team is scaling from 10 to 90 reps this year, so you'll be joining at a pivotal inflection point with massive upside. All pipeline is self-sourced, so we need someone with grit, technical credibility, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
What will you be doing?
Own a portfolio of GenAI-native startup accounts and drive adoption through fast-cycle, land-and-expand deal motions ($100K-$300K ACVs)
Self-source your entire pipeline — prospecting into early-stage founders, ML engineers, and infra leads through outreach, events, and network-driven channels
Lead technical and product conversations independently, earning trust with developers and engineers building on AI infrastructure
Coordinate onboarding, benchmarking, and integration efforts to get customers live quickly and expand usage
Represent Fireworks in the GenAI ecosystem — attending demo days, Y Combinator events, meetups, and engaging in online communities
