About this role
We are looking for a Finance Transformation Solutions Consultant with 3–8+ years of experience to own complex engagements end-to-end — from PE relationship development and portfolio company consultation through revenue data scoping, commercial negotiations, and implementation support. You'll be the trusted advisor sitting across from CFOs, PE operating partners, and FP&A leaders, translating their most complex revenue challenges into structured, deliverable solutions. This is a high-impact role at a 34-person startup solving a massive pain point for PE-backed companies navigating revenue complexity. If you thrive at the intersection of finance fluency, systems knowledge, and commercial judgment, this is your opportunity to shape a category.
What will you be doing?
Lead business development with PE sponsors and portfolio company finance leaders, identifying opportunities where FinQore can drive measurable value around ARR reporting, board readiness, and revenue analytics.
Run consultative discovery with CFOs, VP Finance, and FP&A teams to qualify use cases, assess pain points, and scope the revenue data foundation and analytics requirements.
Own proposal and SOW creation — defining scope, pricing, deliverables, assumptions, and risks — ensuring FinQore sells work that can actually be delivered successfully.
Lead AI platform demonstrations grounded in each customer's specific revenue model, systems environment, and reporting needs.
Stay actively involved post-signature through implementation kickoff and ongoing managed services to ensure consistent customer experience and identify expansion opportunities.
