Position Summary

The Logistics & Vault Supervisor oversees secure logistics operations, dispatch functions, and vault management within the New Jersey branch. This role is responsible for supervising armored transportation activities, assigning routes to drivers, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading high-performance teams in a secure, high-value environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily armored transport routes and vault operations.
  • Dispatch drivers and assign secure routes based on operational needs, risk mitigation, and client requirements.
  • Monitor route efficiency, scheduling adjustments, and coverage gaps.
  • Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, state firearm laws, and internal security protocols.
  • Oversee chain-of-custody documentation and inventory accuracy.
  • Lead, coach, and discipline team members in accordance with company policy.
  • Maintain vault security standards and conduct periodic audits.
  • Coordinate staffing schedules and ensure adequate route coverage.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on operational improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to OSHA, wage-hour, and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in secure logistics, armored transportation, or high-value warehousing (required).
  • Prior supervisory or lead experience (required).
  • Demonstrated dispatching experience, including assigning routes and managing driver schedules (required).
  • Experience optimizing routes and addressing real-time logistical challenges.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required).
  • Ability to legally possess or obtain required firearm permits (if position requires armed duties).
  • Strong leadership, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to pass comprehensive background check.
