Overview of position:
FEDITC is seeking an Engineering Subject Matter Specialist to work at Red River Army Depot in the Texarkana, TX area.
A United States Citizenship and an active Secret DoD Security Clearance is required to be considered for this position.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional engineering advice and technical assistance supporting production and overhaul operations.
- Support planning activities prior to the start of work and assist with validation and verification of pilot overhaul processes.
- Advises and assists production personnel, supervisors, and managers over production operations.
- Assist with the resolution and prevention of production problems.
- Interpret engineering drawings and vehicle repair procedures to support production activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing engineering support within production, manufacturing, maintenance, or vehicle overhaul environments.
- Experience interpreting engineering drawings, technical documentation, and repair procedures.
- Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.
Clearance:
- Active Secret DoD Security Clearance is required.
- Must be a United States Citizen and pass a background check.
