About this role
Work directly with Maryland's #1 loan officer. You'll be the engine behind a high-performing mortgage team — keeping loans on track, clients informed, and closings on time. If you solve problems before anyone notices them, this role is for you.
What you'll do
- Own borrower communication from application through closing
- Collect, review, and organize loan documentation
- Monitor milestones and push files forward proactively
- Coordinate with Realtors, title companies, and underwriting
- Maintain CRM and loan management records
- Spot and resolve issues before they delay closing
What you bring
- 3+ years of continuous, recent LO or LOA experience (required)
- Loan origination software experience (Arive a plus)
- Sharp communication, organization, and follow-through
- Lives within driving distance of Baltimore City
