About this role
About Fasset
At Fasset, we believe your money should answer to you. We are a banking and investment platform built around a simple idea: more people should have access to the financial system, regardless of where they live. We are building the global financial system for ownership, one that moves what you earn into what you own, so that what you can own is never decided by where you were born.
We operate across emerging markets, with a particular focus on the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Founded by Mohammad Raafi Hossain and Daniel Ahmed, Fasset has raised more than $80 million and holds regulatory approvals across markets including the UAE, Indonesia, Malaysia, the EU, Türkiye and Pakistan.
We are a fast-moving, global team scaling a regulated platform across multiple markets. Our culture runs on HEART: Humble Curiosity, Enthusiasm, Act Like Owners, Raise the Bar, and Tenacity. And we hold one simple view about the people who join us: the owners arrive early.
About the role
We're looking for a Partnership Manager to identify, negotiate, and manage strategic relationships that grow our business and improve the experience we offer our users. You'll work closely on Retail Partnerships (rewards and loyalty partners, infrastructure partners, and local businesses) and PSP (Payment Service Provider) partners. This is a relationship-driven, commercially minded role for someone who can build a pipeline from scratch, run a negotiation end to end, and manage partners long after the deal is signed.
What you'll do
- Identify and prioritize potential partners across retail, rewards and loyalty, infrastructure, and PSP categories
- Build and manage a partnership pipeline, from outreach through to signed agreement
- Lead commercial and contractual negotiations, balancing value for the business with a strong partner experience
- Own ongoing partner management, including performance tracking, renewals, and relationship health
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing and others) to ensure smooth partner onboarding and integration
- Monitor market trends and competitor partnerships to spot new opportunities
- Represent the company in external meetings and negotiations with partners and vendors
What you'll bring
Must have
- 4-6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related commercial role
- Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing partnership deals
- Comfortable managing relationships across different partner types, from large PSPs to local businesses
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to structure deals that work for both sides
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Product and Marketing
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple partner relationships and deal stages simultaneously
- Comfortable operating with a degree of ambiguity and building process where none exists yet
- Experience in fintech, payments, or rewards/loyalty programs
- Existing network of retail, rewards, or PSP contacts
- Experience working in a fast-growing startup environment
Nice to have
- Humble Curiosity: you ask questions to understand a potential partner's business before pitching your own, and you're always learning what makes a good deal work
- Enthusiasm: you bring energy and belief into every pitch and negotiation, because partners can tell when you're genuinely excited about working together
- Act Like Owners: you don't wait for a partner to reach out with an issue, you check in, catch problems early, and treat every partnership like it's your own to grow
- Raise the Bar: you read the fine print, structure clean agreements, and make sure every deal is set up to succeed long after signing
- Tenacity: you keep pursuing the right partners even when outreach goes quiet or negotiations stall, because you know the best deals take persistence
Not a 100% match? We'd still love to hear from you. We hire for potential and HEART, not a checklist, so apply if the mission excites you.
What we offer
- Ownership from day one. High-trust, high-ownership culture where you get room to act like an owner and the support to raise the bar.
- Competitive pay, benchmarked across our markets and reviewed as you grow.
- A real path forward through Grow with Fasset (#GwF), our L1–L7 progression framework with both IC and Manager tracks.
- Global exposure working alongside a team spread across seven markets, solving problems that matter for emerging economies.
- Learning and development support to keep growing your craft.
