Job DetailsJob Location: Sunset Hills Campus - St Louis, MO 63127Summary: The Production Coordinator is responsible for leading all production operations at an assigned campus by building, developing, and shepherding a thriving Production Dream Team while ensuring excellence in every worship experience. This role provides leadership for all audio, lighting, and production systems through volunteer development, technical oversight, equipment maintenance, and operational excellence. Working closely with the Global Production & Tech Director, the Production Coordinator champions ministry, cultivates leaders, maintains production standards, and supports the mission of Faith Church by creating distraction-free environments where people can encounter Jesus.
This position requires its primary duty be the exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Lead, recruit, train, schedule, shepherd, and develop the Production Dream Team for an assigned campus, cultivating a healthy team culture while creating leadership pathways that identify and equip future Dream Team leaders.
Build strong relationships with campus leadership, Worship & Production staff, Dream Team members, and other ministry leaders, adding value through collaboration, servant leadership, and clear communication.
Oversee all production operations for services and events at an assigned campus, including audio, lighting, and production systems, ensuring every environment supports excellent ministry experiences.
Serve as the primary production leader for an assigned campus by managing the operation, programming, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continual improvement of production equipment, hardware, software, and systems.
Lead the operation and maintenance of all production environments, including the main auditorium, Faith Kids, conference rooms, offices, and other campus venues as needed.
Train Dream Team members and staff in the operation of production equipment and software, including audio consoles, lighting systems, and related production technologies, while establishing and reinforcing best practices for operation, maintenance, safety, and excellence.
Collaborate with the Global Production & Tech Director and Production Team to execute projects, maintain consistency across campuses, implement new technologies, and accomplish departmental goals.
Assist with production support across all campuses, including equipment installations, programming, system maintenance, live production, training, and special projects as needed.
Recommend improvements, workflows, and best practices that enhance production quality, system reliability, and team effectiveness.
Travel to assigned campuses or other locations as needed to attend meetings, support services and events, assist with installations, provide training, and execute special projects.
Demonstrate excellent organizational, time management, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills while exercising initiative and sound judgment with minimal supervision.
Be willing to work evenings, weekends, and extended ministry hours during peak ministry seasons and be available to respond to rare after-hours production emergencies as needed.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment (routinely uses standard office equipment) and auditorium setting in an audio booth and equipment.
Physical Demands
Office time is mostly a sedentary role (stationary at desk and working on a computer); during services and events, must have high energy for multiple hour segments. Must be able to load in and load out speakers and equipment for portable campuses in a quick time frame.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
The weekly schedule will include 40-45 hours per week and will be the same every week. In addition to your regular weekly hours you will be asked to participate in events that will occasionally include evening or weekend hours, as there are continual seasons where it will be necessary to exceed these minimum hours (i.e., Christmas, Easter, Strategic Planning, are just some examples and do not encompass all of the extended hours opportunities). These hours can/will fluctuate.

Monday: 9:00AM – 5:00PM
Tuesday: 9:00AM – 9:00PM
Wednesday: 9:00AM – 5:00PM
Thursday: Off
Friday: Off
Saturday: 2:00pm – 8:30pm
Travel
Campus to campus local travel and occasional overnight trips will be expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience
Level of experience: Intermediate (practical application)
1 year in Church Ministry
High School diploma
Preferred Education and Experience
Audio and/or lighting certification
Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree
