As a Program Controller, you will be responsible for conducting financial research and analysis to support programmatic financial execution and contract compliance across assigned programs. You will analyze project budgets, monitor the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (JAMIS/Costpoint), and track cost, funding, and labor data to ensure alignment with contractual and project requirements across FFP, T&M, and Cost Plus contract types.
In this role, you will build a broad skill set in financial management, program-level financial reporting, and knowledge management. You will collaborate with Program Managers and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights on funding availability, burn rates, and ETC/EAC status, and will support the enhancement of operational and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining accurate contractual records, supporting the drafting and processing of contract modifications as needed, managing staffing and labor category (LCAT) updates within the ERP system, and ensuring precise labor planning and driver-based forecasting for assigned programs.
\nRESPONSIBILITIES-
Support the administration and optimization of the JAMIS/Costpoint ERP system, including labor planning, project setup, timesheet and expense approvals, and data reconciliation

Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation and repositories, including supporting the drafting and processing of contract modifications as needed, ensuring compliance with internal processes and customer requirements

Identify process gaps, document new procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across finance and contracts functions

Contribute to quality assurance and compliance efforts by validating data, ensuring adherence to policies, and supporting contractual deliverables

Perform administrative and coordination tasks as needed, including meeting scheduling, data organization, and knowledge management support

Demonstrate a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and work effectively with cross-functional teams

Conduct financial forecasting, including ETC/EAC development and driver-based labor forecasting, and interpret trends to support decision-making

Ensure all contractual deliverables are met/exceeded to the customer's satisfaction

Perform other related duties as assigned
Clearance: Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance
Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor's (or equivalent) in Business/Finance preferred with 3 - 7 years of relevant experience

Exceptional analytical ability to interpret financial data and trends

Solid knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting, including ETC/EAC development

Working knowledge of FFP, T&M, and Cost Plus contract structures

Experience with ERP systems (JAMIS/Costpoint preferred) for labor planning, project setup, and cost tracking

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools

Effective working both independently and within cross-functional teams

Comfortable operating with ambiguity and minimal oversight in a changing, developing organizational environment

Skilled in prioritization and meeting tight deadlines

Clear communicator with adept problem-solving capabilities

Highly organized with excellent time management

Quick to learn new systems and processes

NCMA or CCMA Certification

Advanced Excel skills

Experience with Both Costpoint and JAMIS ERP systems

Working knowledge of government contracts and financial regulations

Demonstrated interest in government contracting or financial management, with an eye toward long-term program or portfolio finance growth
