About this role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing complete onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely user setup and smooth transitions. 
  • Handling access provisioning and de-provisioning across all business applications, systems, and tools. 
  • Administering access cards, including issuance, activation, tracking, and deactivation. 
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all IT support requests and resolving issues. 
  • Managing the entire IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, allocation, inventory tracking, audits, and ownership of IT assets. 
  • Coordinating with vendors for procurement of laptops, peripherals, and other IT equipment, as well as supporting asset resale and lifecycle management activities. 
  • Performing hardware troubleshooting and coordinating with vendors such as Dell for warranty claims, repairs, and replacement parts. 
  • Overseeing office IT infrastructure, including video conferencing systems, TVs, network equipment, and coordinating monthly maintenance activities with vendors. 
  • Implementing process improvements, such as introducing an IT asset handover form to strengthen asset tracking and accountability. 
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations independently without additional onsite IT support. 
  • Providing business-critical support when required, including during leave periods, to avoid operational disruptions. 
  • Managing and monitoring CCTV systems for the India office. 
  • Generating and maintaining monthly employee attendance reports for the India office. 
  • Coordinating with internal teams, vendors, HR, Facilities, and Finance to support operational and business requirements. 
  • Supporting procurement planning, budget discussions, and vendor negotiations related to IT infrastructure and office technology needs. 

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2 years of experience.
  • You are proficient in Windows OS automated deployment, administration and troubleshooting in both physical and virtual settings
  • You have experience in O365 administration
  • You are skilled at administering a complex Active Directory domain environment
  • You pay strong attention to detail and respond quickly with plan for resolution
  • You enjoy using technology creatively to resolve issues in local and remote settings 
  • You have experience in MDM architecture, design, operations and maintenance using Microsoft Intune
  • You are proficient working with firewalls, switches, routers, networks, servers, desktops and laptops
  • You have a deep understanding of the ins and outs of virtualization/VDI, Windows Server and DNS
  • You can perform PowerShell scripting to automate changes or query information remotely
  • You have experience with MS Teams and WebEx administration
  • You have experience with moving virtual machines and services into Azure/O365
  • You accept accountability for your work and have excellent time management
  • You are a Team player and enjoy collaborating with others for creative problem solving and possess excellent customer service skills.
