About this role
B.Com with strong practical experience in reporting for 1 to 2 years. Should have good understanding of GAAP and accounting principles and procedures. Requires the knowledge and ability to prepare financial statements and related reports, investigate problems and organize projects with experience in SAP preferred. Should have ability to understand the significance of various activities in an statutory/GAAP accounting close month end cycle with effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and month-end adjustments.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve outstanding variances.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.
