- Understanding of Insurance Finance and Accounting
- Understanding of O2C Cycle/AR, working knowledge of Cash Application and Cash Suspense
- Timely updates of process changes in SOP’s
- Ability to identify inefficient/ineffective processes and develop recommendations to enhance controls and efficiency

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting / B.Com or M.Com
- Preferred relevant experience with 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Recievable
- Must have done reporting, quality audits & trainings
- Experience in Procure to Pay for insurance
