Exhava Home Care is looking for compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregivers to provide quality in-home support to our clients in the Mira Mesa area.
As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, and other support based on each client's individual needs.

Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist clients with memory-related challenges and changes in behavior
- Assist with meal preparation, hydration, and feeding when needed
- Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan
- Assist with mobility and transfers when appropriate
- Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a clean and safe home environment
- Document care activities and follow individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and members of the care team
- Respect client privacy, dignity, independence, and personal boundaries
- 5+ years of caregiving experience
- Reliable, trustworthy, and respectful of client boundaries
- Physically capable of assisting with transfers or other mobility needs
- Comfortable providing personal care, including care for male clients
- Empathetic, patient, and understanding
- Attentive to client needs and able to adapt to different personalities and care situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable and professional
- Previous caregiver experience preferred
- Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
- Current TB test result or chest X-ray documentation
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver's license and active auto insurance
- Competitive Pay: $20–$25/hour
