Parts Supervisor | Day Shift

Salary: Based on experience

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Providing customer service and parts advice;
• Managing orders, parts searches, purchases, and inventory;
• Optimizing storage and following up on returns and cores;
• Handling administrative tasks related to parts;
• Supervising, training, and scheduling the Parts Department team;
• Ensuring adequate schedule coverage and the smooth operation of the department.

 

Experience, training & skills that will help you succeed:

• Relevant vocational diploma (DEP);
• 5 to 10 years of experience in the parts industry (an asset);
• Natural leadership and a strong sense of responsibility;
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Ability to make quick decisions and work well under pressure;
• Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction;
• Bilingual French and English, as some customers and suppliers may be English-speaking.
