Your Schedule
- Evening shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. + hourly shift premium $$$
Your Role
As a Parts Clerk, you’ll play an essential role in supporting our customers, mechanics, and the various departments within the branch.
Your goal: find the right part, respond efficiently to requests, and help keep operations running smoothly.
More specifically, you’ll be responsible for:
- Assisting internal and external customers in finding and selecting the right parts
- Responding to requests at the parts counter, by phone, and by email
- Searching for parts using catalogues and various computer systems
- Preparing and processing parts orders
- Assisting with inventory management and follow-up
- Working closely with mechanics, the Service Department, and other members of the team
- Providing professional, efficient, and courteous service in every interaction
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with heavy-duty vehicle parts (a strong asset)
- Experience or knowledge in body shop parts (an asset)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable using computer systems and digital tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Independence and resourcefulness
- Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple requests
- Strong teamwork skills
