Location: USA / Canada – Remote 

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Market Leader to drive strategic growth, market development, and client engagement across the Guidewire and P&C Insurance ecosystem. The role will be responsible for expanding Guidewire business, strengthening client relationships, shaping market strategy, and partnering with sales, delivery, and consulting teams to build and close strategic opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the Guidewire market and growth strategy.

  • Build relationships with senior executives across Insurance carriers and the Guidewire ecosystem.

  • Drive new business, account expansion, and strategic Guidewire opportunities.

  • Provide market insights and support solution positioning, RFPs, proposals, and deal strategy.

  • Partner with delivery and practice leadership to shape Guidewire solutions and offerings.

  • Build and strengthen the Guidewire practice, capabilities, partnerships, and market presence.

  • Identify emerging Guidewire and Insurance technology trends and translate them into business opportunities.

  • Support strategic accounts, executive engagement, and long-term client relationships.



Requirements

Required Skills

  • 15+ years of experience in Insurance technology, consulting, sales, or market leadership.

  • Strong expertise in Guidewire and P&C Insurance.

  • Deep understanding of PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and Guidewire Cloud.

  • Proven track record in market development, business growth, and strategic account expansion.

  • Strong executive presence and client relationship management skills.

  • Excellent communication, consulting, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong network across Insurance carriers and the Guidewire ecosystem.

  • Experience building or scaling a Guidewire practice or market.

  • Experience with Insurance digital transformation, modernization, and cloud initiatives.

  • Established relationships with Guidewire partners and industry stakeholders.
