About this role

Everflow Supplies is a growing specialty provider serving the plumbing, HVAC, industrial, mechanical, and fire protection industries across North America. We engineer, source, and deliver dependable product solutions that help our customers succeed — and we pride ourselves on being more than a supplier. We strive to be a trusted partner and an extension of our customers’ teams.

Our culture is built around collaboration, accountability, and growth. We move with purpose, think like owners, and believe every team member plays an important role in driving success. As Everflow continues to expand, we’re looking for motivated people who want to grow with us and help build something meaningful.

Position Summary:

As Everflow continues to expand nationally, we are seeking an agile, execution-focused NetSuite Architect to support the ongoing development, optimization, and maintenance of our enterprise systems - with a primary focus on NetSuite ERP and our Warehouse Management System (WMS). You, as the ideal candidate, will bring over a decade of experience working at the intersection of finance, operations, and systems, with the ability to translate business needs into technical execution.

This role plays a key part in delivering system enhancements, managing vendor collaboration, and supporting department-specific workflows across a fast-paced distribution environment. The NetSuite Architect will assist the CIO and Finance leadership in systems-related initiatives, providing critical input on solution design, user adoption, and operational readiness.

What You'll Do

  • Support the implementation and enhancement of enterprise systems (NetSuite, WMS, Data Warehouse, Tableau) in alignment with IT and Finance objectives.
  • Collaborate with the CIO, Finance, and Operations teams to gather business requirements and propose scalable system solutions.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SuiteScript 2.x development, including Suitelets, RESTlets, User Events, Client Scripts, Scheduled Scripts, and SuiteFlow workflow automation.
  • Proven experience designing, developing, and supporting NetSuite integrations using SuiteTalk (REST/SOAP), Celigo iPaaS, and third-party business applications.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite administration, saved searches, reports, dashboards, custom records, forms, roles, permissions, and data management.
  • Assist in coordinating cross-functional systems projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
  • Maintain administrative oversight of core platforms including NetSuite and EPM and data warehousing solutions (e.g., OneStream, Snowflake) — managing user access, configuration updates, and issue resolution.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors and consultants, managing day-to-day activities and contributing to vendor evaluations and project deliverables.
  • Support system-related procurement processes, offering recommendations on vendor tools, identifying redundancies, and helping prepare analysis for C-suite level decisions.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities across finance and operational processes to reduce manual effort and improve data consistency.
  • Train and support end-users, improving adoption of systems through documentation, change management, and support ticket oversight.
  • Ensure compliance with IT and SOX controls, helping maintain standardized documentation, audit trails, and system integrity protocols.

Example Projects May Include

  • Collaborating with IT and Operations to integrate WMS with NetSuite for real-time inventory tracking
  • Integrate and harmonize disparate ERP systems into a single NetSuite tenant, including data, processes, and reporting.
  • Working alongside the CIO’s team to prepare systems for future scale and acquisition activity

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (CPA, CMA preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in ERP systems support, business analysis, or finance systems administration
  • Oracle NetSuite certifications preferred, including SuiteFoundation and SuiteCloud Developer certifications
  • Lead NetSuite platform strategy, integration architecture, and best practices to support enterprise growth, acquisitions, and business transformation initiative
  • Strong working knowledge of NetSuite ERP, with experience in WMS and financial performance platforms such as OneStream or HFM
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and Operations to support system usage and improvements
  • Experience managing consultants, handling vendor relationships, and providing input during selection and evaluation processes
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit documentation requirements
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and user training capabilities
