Position Summary

Everflow Supplies is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers while supporting sales operations through order processing, quoting, pricing, and account management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment. Experience with NetSuite and industrial or plumbing products is strongly preferred.

 

What You'll Do  

  • Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Process customer orders, quotes, bids, returns, and order modifications accurately and efficiently.
  • Support both inside and outside sales teams by preparing quotations, coordinating customer follow-up, and assisting with sales opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities and refer them to the appropriate sales representative for further development.
  • Respond to pricing inquiries, maintain accurate pricing within NetSuite, and negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
  • Follow up on quotes, bids, and outstanding opportunities to maximize sales conversion.
  • Resolve customer concerns, order discrepancies, and delivery issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and manage backorders, providing customers with timely updates on product availability and expected delivery dates.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Proactively engage with new, existing, and inactive customers to strengthen relationships and generate additional sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of company products, industry trends, and competitor pricing.
  • Coordinate special orders and custom product requests with Purchasing and Product Management.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within NetSuite.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

What You’ll Bring 

Required  

  • Experience using NetSuite ERP.
  • Previous customer service or sales support experience in a distribution, wholesale, or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.


Preferred  

  • Experience within the plumbing, industrial, construction, HVAC, or building materials industry.
  • Experience with pricing, quoting, and sales order management.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and distribution operations.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Target Compensation Range: The posted pay range of $50,000-$55,000 represents the anticipated hiring range for this position. Individual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, education, certifications, geographic location, market conditions, internal compensation practices, and other job-related business considerations, consistent with applicable law.
