About this role
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Full-Time | Tampa, Florida | Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Do you want your work to mean something?
We believe healthcare is about more than treating an injury—it’s about helping people get their lives back.
We specialize in caring for patients who have experienced traumatic brain injuries and other injuries following accidents, and we have the privilege of walking alongside them during an incredibly important part of their recovery.
We’re looking for a compassionate, energetic Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who loves connecting with people, celebrates patient progress, and wants to join a team that genuinely cares about one another and the people we serve.
If you became a PTA because you wanted to make a difference in people's lives, we would love to meet you.
It isn't just our name—it represents who we strive to be.
We refer to the character and culture of a group of people, and culture matters deeply to us.
We are a rapidly growing neurology organization specializing in traumatic brain injury care, built around a mission of:
Saving Lives Locally. Changing Lives Globally.
Our impact also extends beyond the walls of our clinics. We donate a % of our profits to charitable organizations that help feed, clothe, educate, support, and minister to children and families worldwide.
We want people on our team who want their career to be about more than simply clocking in and out. We value service, honesty, excellence, respect, care, accountability, and integrity—and we want our employees to know that their work matters.
What You'll Do
As a PTA in our Tampa office, you'll work closely with our physical therapist and healthcare team to help patients progress through individualized rehabilitation programs.
Your day may include:
Guiding patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities
Providing hands-on support, encouragement, and education throughout recovery
Administering therapeutic modalities as directed by the physical therapist

Helping patients understand home exercises and recovery strategies
Maintaining timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation

Creating a safe, encouraging, and positive experience for every patient
Most importantly, you'll have the opportunity to build relationships with patients and celebrate the milestones—big and small—that help them return to the lives they love.
