Job Purpose:

To ensure that Sizakala facilities are in compliance with all the requirements of Occupational Health and Safety Act, building bylaws and other Municipal requirements.

Key Responsibility Areas:

•    Maintain sound functionality of all Sizakala facilities for the Municipality.
  •    Ensure that building specifications are correct and in line with the identified requirements.
  •    Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
  •    Develop activities associated with controlling personal performance, productivity and discipline.
  •    Ensures the implementations of the requirements associated with the management of the various buildings within an area.
  •    Completes internal procedural documentation and records.

Essential Requirements:

•    Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and an Administrative certificate.
  •    Valid motor vehicle driving license
  •    3 years relevant experience
  •    Computer Literacy.

Preferred Requirements:

•    Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Facilities or Building Management or any other related and equivalent qualification.
  •    4 Years relevant experience.

Special Conditions:

Be able to work after hours.

Physical Requirements:

Physically fit.
