Key Responsibility Areas 

• Provides support and participates in functional planning processes associated with Engineering priorities and requirements for a defined area. 
• Manages the principles and applications associated with the development and presentation of technical designs for complex forms of engineering works. 
• Disseminates information on the professional aspects of structural design concepts and provides reports detailing interventions and outcomes. 
• Provides advice/information and guidance on the principles, procedures and applications associated with complex forms of Engineering Projects and Programmes. 
• Manages procedures associated with the preparation and collation of contract documentation and/ or evaluating tender applications for complex engineering works. 
• Defines appropriate standards and controls the implementation/ outcomes of complex forms of engineering contracts.

Qualifications

Essentail Experience • 5 Years relevant post registration experience. Preferred Experience • None. Essential Qualifications • Plus Internal Assessment., Registered as a Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) with the Engineering Council of South Africa., Valid motor vehicle drivers licence (Code B or EB) Preferred Qualifications • None.
