• Interacts internally and externally disseminating technical information on current and communicated supporting the accomplishment of establishment outcomes

• Guides and mentors technical personal and/ or attend to specific requirements in respect of submissions and applications.

Essential Requirements:

• Master of Architecture (NQF Level 9) or equivalent.
• Registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP) as a Candidate Architect within 6 months from date of appointment.
• Valid motor vehicle driving license.
• Computer Literacy.
• Knowledge of specialized software packages.

Key Responsibility Areas:

•  Prepares business plans to determine and present the sustainability of complex architectural
  projects.
• Manages processes associate with the scoping, resourcing, implementation, monitoring and
  communication phase of complex Architectural projects.
• Applies professional knowledge of Architectural design policies, applications and principles to analyze, comment and co-ordinate design and detail requirements associated with major complex physical interventions in the environment.
• Manages processes associated with the preparation of contracts and resolves conflicts and/ or defends actions.
• Interacts internally and externally disseminating technical and professional information with
  recommendations, solutions and alternatives on current Architectural projects and completed work.

• Guilds and mentors professional/ technical personnel and attends to specific requirements in the respect of submissions and applications.

  Essential Requirements:

• Master of Architecture (NQF Level 9) or equivalent.
• Registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP) as a
  Professional Architect.
• Valid motor vehicle driving license.
• 2 years relevant experience which may have been obtained as part of registration
• Computer Literacy.
• Knowledge of specialized software packages.
